I thought I’d leave a comment here to your question about the embedded video.
Underneath the area where you enter text for a post there is an area that says upload and there are other tabs, one of them is video and it give instructions on embedding YouTube video.
Basically it is… [youtube=URL for video] and pop that right into the post, no secret at all.
